As a man who spent 25 years in the shipping game, I take shipping very seriously. I will not allow any product to leave the premises in a substandard fashion that could lead to damaged goods and worse, a customer frown. ;(
As I package your product, I will take pictures through the entire process so that you can hold me accountable if for some unfortunate reason you package arrives damaged.

Return & Exchange Policy
First off, I want to thank you for purchasing one of my hand-poured candles and welcomed me into your home! My apologies that the candle was not the right fit. Let's see how we can make this situation right.
I take a lot of pride in my craft. my candles are made using a paraffin, soy, and vegetable oil blend, pure fragrance oils, and cotton paper wicks resulting in a candle that is clean-burning, true-to-scent, and long-lasting.
If your candle doesn't burn exactly the way you think a candle should perform, please contact me at email@example.com or (443) 523-8126 so I can make it right! Please contact me before proceeding with the below.
I will exchange any merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of purchase along with a copy of your original invoice. You may exchange your merchandise in one of two ways:

You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is damaged or defective). Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the return/exchange is processed.
You have thirty days from the date of receipt of your products in which to get into contact with me. If the product is a gift, Simply send me an email stating that you are purchasing for an event outside of the thirty days and will require more time. from that point, we can discuss when the refund/exchange period begins.
